I am new to web building and i want to know where to get a cheap webhosting with linux, php and free Mysql?

Using PHP and possibly a regular expression I need to switch around the second sentence in a paragraph with the first. Been trying to work something out for hours, but the code becomes very verbose…all suggestions appreciated.
