Hi friends, can anybody help me to create an online exam system for my website [using php and mysql). The system should be able to generate and save user-wise exam report.

I would like to get the customers who use my website/service to sign an online service level agreement.
They should type their name, and tick a box accepting the terms of a contract, which will be displayed on the page. I also want to send them a reference number once they have signed.
This is to be an alternative to paper contracts which have to be sent out etc.
Can anyone give me some advice on where to start. Prefereably PHP as that’s what I’m using now.

I have a few PHP scripts that I have been working on, but I don’t know much about web design, and I was wondering how to use html to create a basic webpage that has a title and then a few links that take people visiting the site to other pages (I guess they would be subdomains) that would be very simple and show only the output of my php script.

I already know basics of PHP, but I think the best way to learn more is to create a website. I would like to create a Social Network or Dating site using PHP, and I would like to know if there is a good book(s) or website(s) that can help me. If you know any, please let me know.
